Introduction

Welcome to Sprickets Pottery Parties! As leaders in the arts & entertainment industry, we are thrilled to offer our customers a unique and immersive experience with our Adventures with VR (AVR) events. In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants, we have established the following terms and conditions.

1. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant in our AVR events, it is important to adhere to the following responsibilities:

  • Participants must be at least 13 years old.
  • Participants must follow all instructions provided by the event facilitators.
  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and should report any concerns immediately.
  • Participants should respect the equipment and facilities provided.
  • Participants should arrive on time for their scheduled events.

2. Booking and Cancellation

To book an AVR event, simply visit our website and select your preferred date and time slot. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Health and Safety

The health and safety of our participants is our top priority. Please review the following guidelines:

  • Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their healthcare provider before participating.
  • Pregnant individuals are advised to refrain from participating in AVR events.
  • Participants should refrain from consuming alcohol or drugs prior to their scheduled events.
  • Participants should avoid bringing valuable items or loose accessories to the event.

4. Liability

While we strive to create a safe and enjoyable experience, Sprickets Pottery Parties shall not be held liable for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained during the AVR events. By participating in the events, participants acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.

5. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information during the booking and participation process. Please review our privacy policy on our website for more information.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and event materials, shall remain the property of Sprickets Pottery Parties. Participants may not use or reproduce any materials without prior written consent from Sprickets Pottery Parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Any legal disputes arising from the events and these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction.
